There is no need to worry! During an outdoor event, we reserve an indoor area as a backup in case a function has to be relocated due to bad weather. Weather-related decisions take place on the same day of the event.
For banquet events, a 22% banquet administration fee and a 7% Food Tax will be added to all food and beverage charges. Also, a municipal sales tax of 11.5% is applied to all retail sales and services.
Menus can be discussed at any time, but we request that they be finalized a minimum of 30 days prior to the event date in order to guarantee availability of items and price.
