We know that planning your wedding from afar can be stressful, which is why we will be in constant communication with you via telephone and email throughout the entire process. You can be certain that our team of professionals at Isla Verde Weddings is able, willing and ready to assist you in planning that special day at the hotel.

If you wish to visit our facilities prior to the event, please contact us in advance to ensure availability of rooms and vendors.

There is no need to worry! During an outdoor event, we reserve an indoor area as a backup in case a function has to be relocated due to bad weather. Weather-related decisions take place on the same day of the event.

For banquet events, a 22% banquet administration fee and a 7% Food Tax will be added to all food and beverage charges. Also, a municipal sales tax of 11.5% is applied to all retail sales and services.

Menus can be discussed at any time, but we request that they be finalized a minimum of 30 days prior to the event date in order to guarantee availability of items and price.

We can provide a list of specialized vendors who will provide the perfect wedding cake for the occasion. Cake sizes can vary depending on your number of guests.

We can refer you to different ministers based on your religious or non-denominational needs. 

We understand how important it is to capture these moments, and can provide you with a list of preferred photographers who can take excellent pictures and/or videos of your special day. We can also assist with your selection if needed. 

We provide a list of beauty professionals who will do your hair and makeup. A team of professionals will pamper you and make sure that you look beautiful from all sides. 

We can provide a list of professional wedding decorators who will create the wedding of your dreams.
